These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MyBotify (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You are responsible for the marketing content you generate and publish through connected platforms.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Shopify, Meta, and Google. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBotify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
